My therapy ethos is built on the belief that healing feels safest when it’s gentle, collaborative, and tailored to the whole of who you are. I support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, offering a calm place to untangle what’s heavy and reconnect with what feels true.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches rather than relying on one strict model. This means our work together adapts to you—your personality, your pace, your history, and your goals. Integrative Psychotherapy blends evidence-based methods with compassionate, person-centred work to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and long-term wellbeing. It allows us to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, nervous system responses, and the deeper patterns that shape how you move through the world.
Alongside psychotherapy, I offer holistic counselling, which focuses on the whole person—mind, body, emotions, lifestyle, and spirit. This approach is supportive, reflective, intuitive, and practical. It helps you understand who you are beneath the layers of stress, expectation, or past experiences, and guides you back to clarity, confidence, and alignment.
I also bring in hypnotherapy, a gentle and deeply relaxing modality that works with the subconscious mind. Hypnotherapy can support anxiety, confidence, emotional blockages, habits, self-belief, and healing work at a deeper level. It is calming, safe, and guided entirely by your comfort. Many clients describe it as a reset for the mind.

I also run workshops, classes, and group courses designed to help you reconnect with your inner steadiness, understand yourself better, and build tools for a calmer, more grounded life. These sessions often weave together psychotherapy-informed guidance, nervous system regulation, coaching, mindfulness, and holistic practices.
